Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Factual and Interpretive Reporting

Greenstone Engineering are able to provide bespoke factual/interpretive reports according the client’s needs, with content tailored to the specific requirements of the project. We appoint qualified specialist engineers to meet regulatory requirements while observing industry best practise. Reporting services include:

  • Factual Site Investigation reports including Borehole and Trial Pit Logs, Photographic Site Records, In Situ Testing results, Laboratory Testing results etc.
  • Geotechnical Interpretive Reporting which can include ground modelling/ presentation of soil parameters, bearing capacity calculations, preliminary foundation design recommendations and discussion of ground related risks.
  • Phase 1 Environmental Assessment – Comprising a desktop study and possible site walk over survey to determine the potential for contamination and identify associated environmental risks.
  • Phase 2 Environmental Assessment – Comprising an intrusive investigation to collect soil samples for chemical analysis. We will then undertake a quantitative risk assessment to identify potential contamination risk to human health and environmental receptors.
